Postup
Rozemelte najemno dva šálky vloček v čistém mlýnku na kávu nebo v mixeru a rozdrcené vločky dobře promíchejte se čtyřmi šálky studené vody.

Než nanesete olej, musí být tělíčko a všechny záhyby dokonale suché, aby se nevytvářela živná půda pro vznik kvasinkové infekce. Pro kojence od tří měsíců a výše je vhodný olej z římského heřmánku nebo levandule. U předčasně narozených dětí začněte s masáží až tři měsíce po očekávaném porodu.

5 kapek aromatického levandulového oleje
5 kapek aromatického oleje z římského heřmánku
Postup
Nalijte slunečnicový olej do tmavé skleněné lahvičky a potom přidejte aromatické oleje. Dobře protřepte. Použijete-li ho k masáži, nalijte si trochu oleje na ruce a třete dlaně o sebe, teprve potom ho rozetřete dítěti po tělíčku. Když začíná kůže drhnout, přidejte víc oleje.
